Annual Reporting

For several years I led the production of Alzheimer’s Research UK’s Annual Report and Annual Review. As part of the charity’s in-house team, I worked with colleagues to tell the story of the progress being made in dementia research and the impact of our supporters’ donations.

While both pieces covered similar ground, they posed different challenges: the Annual Report requiring an in-depth account of the year’s work for those wanting to probe the charity’s credentials, with a concise and punchy summary needed for the Annual Review. Both were key tools for thanking all those who supported the charity and showcasing the achievements they had made possible.

As well as gathering stories from across the organisation and writing the copy, I project managed the production and public launch of both documents across a three-year period.
