Last Hour of Pay
While working for Alzheimer’s Research UK, I delivered copy to support the charity’s Last Hour of Pay fundraising campaign at the end of 2020. Following a difficult year that saw fundraising events and dementia research curtailed by Covid-19, the campaign aimed to offer an easy way to support the charity.
The call to action was simple: to donate the equivalent of one hour’s pay as the year came to a close.
After working with the charity’s fundraising teams to flesh out the brief, I produced copy for:
a public-facing webpage,
webpages tailored for the charity’s corporate partners,
a video script to help promote the campaign across social media,
and a thank you email for those who donated through the campaign.
